We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• Canada: 7–14 business days
• Australia: 10–18 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

The only exception: if your NoelGlow arrives damaged or broken in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery at noelglow@outlook.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
